Lovers of very dry white wines will enjoy this refreshing wine with very pale yellow-green color, citrus and green apple nose and tart flavors of unripe yellow fruit with a crisp acidic finish; this is an unpretentious dry wine with Spanish character; since the 1970 vintage wines were first released in 1975, El Coto de Rioja has been winning acclaim from wine connoisseurs and critics for their excellent, oaky red wines.
No breathing required, serve at 8℃; enjoy as an aperitif or match with salads or deep-fried seafood including Taiwanese style deep-fried oysters.
