Classy dry Australian sparkling wine that's quite reasonably priced, this is a well-made, flavorful wine with pale straw green color, lively small bubbles, very pleasing nose of ripe citrus and strawberry and concentrated stonefruit and yellow fruit flavors with a nice crisp finish with lingering floral flavors; enjoy as an aperitif or match with grilled fish and seafood salads or pastas; part of the huge Wolf Blass Group and in partnership with the world-renowned golfer, Greg Norman Estates has built a good reputation for fine still and sparkling wines since its launch in 1999.
