Top non-vintage Champagne with a surprising 40% Pinot Meunier contribution. This wine features a light golden color with fine bubbles, expressive yellow fruit and yeast nose; fresh yellow fruit and red berry flavors. Founded in 1818 by Nicolas-François Billecart, Billecart-Salmon is one of the most innovative and consistently excellent winemakers in Champagne with a range of highly respected Champagnes.

lovely as an aperitif or with seafood appetizers and light pastas in cream sauce; a perfect companion to Shanghai style roasted fish head with scallions.

Winemaking Method
3.5~4 years for bottle aging.

Drink nicely now and can be cellared for another 5 years.
