The flagship wine of Laurent-Perrier, Brut L.P. is a very good wine with pale yellow color with green hints, aromatic scents of green apples and flowers and round flavors of yellow fruit and minerals; the fine bubbles are nicely persistent in the mouth and the wine has a nice fresh finish.
Serve at 8˚C; enjoy as an aperitif or match with smoked fish and cold chicken or pheasant.
