Inniskillin makes some of the world's finest sweet wines and the 2001 Vidal Oakaged Icewine is a good example of the company's ever improving wines; the wine has a rich golden color, sweet jammy and honey nose and super concentrated sweet flavors of peach, ripe pear and candied berries; very full in the mouth this is a velvety sweet wine with a surprisingly fresh finish; now owned by the giant Vincor International, Inniskillin has been one of the pioneers of the high-end Canadian wine industry with a range of premium ice wines and dry red and white wines.
