Delicious international style white wine from the up and coming region of Ardeche; an excellent value, the wine has a light golden color, refined yellow fruit and floral nose and plenty of Chardonnay yellow fruit and vanilla flavors with good amount of oak in the finish; not quite as robust as many top Burgundy whites and New World Chardonnays, this wine is quite tasty and refreshing; match with elegant fish dishes like pan-fried sole or grilled salmon; Louis Latour is one of France's most successful wine producer-merchants with roots in Burgundy since the early 1700s and well-regarded interests in Ardeche.
