A classic Champagne with a level of sweetness reminiscent of the Champagnes enjoyed during the early Victorian Age; this wine has a bright yellow color with deep golden highlights, scents of candied fruits and berries liquor and mellow, round ripe yellow and red fruit flavors; the sweetness of the wine is nicely balanced by a pleasant slightly acidic finish.
Serve at 8℃; another good companion to goose liver as well as a wide variety of desserts, especially cakes.
3 years bottle aging.
Enjoy now or can be cellared for over 5 years.
