Charming Demi-Sec Champagne, this wine features a medium yellow color with plenty of tiny bubbles, scents of dried and stewed fruits and refined sweet flavors of ripe fruit and raisins; the bubbles are quite persistent in the mouth and the finish has a nice pleasant fresh acidity.
Serve at 8˚C; match this wine with duck or goose liver and elegant fruits, cakes and chocolate desserts.
