Charming light red wine with ruby red color, cherry and red berry nose with hints of spices and red fruit flavors with good acidity and nice clean finish.
Serve slightly chilled, about 16˚C and allow to breathe for 10 minutes; match with meat and seafood with cream sauce pastas as well as pizzas, this wine is also lovely with Cantonese BBQ pork.
6 months in large Slavonian oak with 20% of the Corvina grapes aged in small oak and 1 month bottle aging.
Consume young and can be kept for 3 years.
