Excellent example of the ever more delicious lightly sparkling wines coming from Veneto, this wine has a straw yellow color with fine bubbles, abundant yellow fruit and floral aromas and peach and pear flavours with a pleasing fresh finish.
Serve at 8˚C; makes an especially fine aperitif on a hot day or very nice with light appetizers and finger foods; also very nice with Taiwanese style pre dinner, small dishes.
Light aging in stainless steel tanks.
Best enjoyed now or within two years.
