Another beautiful single vineyard white wine from Tommasi, this lovely wine has a pale yellow color, lively citrus fruit aroma and crisp yellow fruit flavors with a pleasant clean, tart finish.
Serve at 8˚C; enjoy with a wide variety of seafood dishes including elegant fish dishing like grilled salmon or poached garoupa as well as Cantonese style steamed fish with soy sauce and scallions.
5 months in stainless steel tanks.
Drinking very nicely now and is best enjoyed over the next 3~4 years.
