Pleasing light to medium body wine that perfect for summer time meals, this wine has a ruby red color, red fruit and floral nose and lots of fresh red cherry and berry flavors with good acidity; fans of crisp Italian red wines will enjoy this wine.
Allow 10 minutes for breathing and serve slightly chilled, about 16℃; a fine match with light pasta dishes as well as pizzas, this wine is also very nice with a variety of Cantonese pork and chicken dishes.
12 months in large Slavonian oak.
