A delicious fortified wine, this Sherry is pale gold, with an attractive spicy fruit nose, and on the palate nuttiness and a hint of salt as well as other savory flavors; one of the driest wines in the world, Tio Pepe Fino boasts bright acidity and a clean tart aftertaste. Tio Pepe is the flagship Sherry brand of Gonzalez Byass and certainly the best known Sherry in the world. Established in 1835, Gonzalez Byass has emerged as the biggest producer of Sherry, with 45 million liters of Sherry and Brandy in its cellars.


Serve at 8℃; enjoy it as an aperitif or matches with salty snacks, shellfish, creamy clams, seafood chowder or Spanish style sausages; Tio Pepe makes a fine companion for Taiwanese style marinated baby clams.
