Daring to be different, this elegant, single growth cognac(Borderies) from Camus-owned vineyards in the Borderies region is a lovely expression of the terrior boasting generous floral characteristics.
Deep amber color, intense floral nose with touch of nuttiness and smooth, rich dried fruit and spices flavors and a long finish with nuances of oak and spices.
Perfect neat as a digestif but also very nice on-the-rocks for an afternoon contemplative drink; lovely with, and in, elegant soups and with refined fish dishes.
