Sophisticated white wine with medium golden color, expressive pineapple and apricot nose, and concentrated flavors of citrus fruit, peaches with a touch of floral qualities in the long, fresh finish.
Serve chilled, about 10℃; perfect with elegant fish dishes, including Dover sole with white wine sauce or salmon steak with mustard sauce.
70% in cement tanks, 30% in new oak barrels for 18~24 months.
Lovely now but will continue to develop complexity over the next 5 years.
