One of the best Gigondas available in Taiwan and the region, this wine has a still youthful deep ruby red color, complex nose of red berries with a touch of spice and oak and plenty of ripe dark fruit flavors and a little tobacco on the long satisfying finish.
Allow 30 minutes for breathing and serve 18 ℃; good with strong meat dishes including game; also nice with firm cheeses.
60% in French oaks for 12 months.
