Lovely version of Sherry's lightest and freshest style of wine, this Sherry has a light straw color, delicate nose of almonds and vanilla and elegant nutty flavors with a touch of saltiness; the very long finish is quite impressive.
Serve well chilled, about 8℃; great aperitif and pairs well with cured ham, especially Iberian Ham, and all types of fresh and marinated fish as well as Taiwanese Style Dried Mullet Roe.
