A very pleasant sparkler suitable for daily drinking. This wine is light golden-yellow with subtle greenish color, fine bubbles, ripe yellow fruit and vanilla aromas and flavors with subtle yeasty qualities and a reasonably long finish. In 1895, English engineer Edmund James Palmer Norton founded Bodega Norton along the south bank of the Mendoza River planting vines imported from France; in 1989 the winery was acquired by the Austrian crystal company Swarovski and today it is considered one of Argentina's most prestigious wine producers.
Serve at 6 - 8℃; as an aperitif or with light salads and seafood dishes, or as a fine companion for Cantonese style "dim sum".
Fermented in stainless steel tanks, with second fermentation of 28 days by the Charmat Method.
