Refreshing, easy-drinking white wine suitable for hot summer days and nights, this wine has a pale straw color with hints of green, nose of yellow fruit and white flowers and flavors of fresh citrus fruit and a nice tart finish.
Serve well chilled about 8℃; suitable for salads and light seafood dishes, this is a light and clean wine that makes a good aperitif and is also quite nice when served as a cocktail with cassis or for something more Sicilian with a touch of almond extract as they do at Far Eastern Plaza Hotel Taipei.
3 months in stainless steel and 2 months in the bottle.
