Remarkable Chardonnay that's similar to Montrachet's white wine in Burgundy; this wine is one of the best Chardonnays in Chile (maybe No.1); it has a clear straw yellow color, rich nose of tropical fruits, including mangos, lemons and tangerines with a nuance of flowers; despite high alcohol content (14.6%), it has a smooth and elegant taste, with a full and rich body; established in San Antonio-Leyda Valley by Jose Antonio Garces Silva, the Garces Silva family has been a regional leader in agriculture and wine production.
Serve at 10℃; match with seafood salmagundi, serve instead of Chablis with oysters or fine with spaghetti; best with Jiang-Zhe food, with Steamed Fish, Fish Head in Hot Pot, Sauteed Shelled Shrimp and Sauteed Eel.
