This wine features a clear brilliant yellow color and some gold hints; aromas of peaches, lemon and flowers combined with intensive mineral notes, crispy acidity and a fresh, intensive mouth making drinkers desire a second glass. Founded in 1510, the Fendel winery has over 500 years of experience in winemaking.
Serve at 8 - 10℃; lovely with raw and cooked seafood; try with Cantonese style steamed fish in soy sauce with scallions.
