This wine has a lovely golden yellow color and soft fruity bouquet. The wine offers abundant fruit flavors including melon, pear and apples. Like most good Chardonnays this wine has the classic buttery or creamy felling in the mouth. High quality Chardoonay wines like this wine match well with Baked and Grilled Salmon, Roasted Chilean Seabass and Roasted Chicken with White Wine Cream Sauce. Serve this wine chilled, about 10 - 13℃.
In 1870, Don Maximiano Errazuriz founded the Errazuriz Winery in the Aconcagua Valley. Over the past 130 years this family owned estate has developed a reputation for making some of Chile's best wines. Eduardo Chadwick, the 5th generation descendant of the founder, now runs the company.
