From one of the biggest producers of Beaujolais with a history dating back to 1843, comes a very nice Beaujolais Nouveau with an attractive bright red color and very open fruity bouquet. This is a light bodied wine with abundant flavors of ripe red fruits and a nice slightly tart finish. This wine is not as heavy as some of the other 2003 wines but is definitely another example of the consistently good Beaujolais Nouveau wines in 2003. If you like light and friendly wines this is a great choice. This wine makes a good match with light pasta dishes, pizzas and even gourmet sandwiches. Serve at 12℃.
