Fruity but balanced wine with good typicity, the wine features a bright pale golden color, lively nose of tangerines, white flowers and exotic spices and lots of tropical fruit and candied citrus flavors and a nice clean finish; if you’re a fan of old world Gewurztraminer wines, this is an exuberant new world interpretation well worth trying; the Spanish company Torres purchased a small winery in Chile in 1979 and now makes a range of high quality, good value Chilean wines.
Serve well chilld, about 8℃; this fruity wine is a lovely companion to slightly spicy Asian dishes including popular Szechuan dishes.
No oak.
Drink now or within the next two years.
