One of the most aromatic and luscious sweet wines in the world. The wine has a dark brown color with a yellow rim and a very aromatic nose of dried grapes, honey, caramel, dark soy sauce, coffee, chocolate and dried figs; and intensely sweet, full bodied, intense flavors of dried figs, caramel, honey, chocolate, coffee and dark soy sauce with great length and a complex finish. Gonzalez Byass is a famous Sherry bodegas, established in 1835; it's been making wines of exception quality for many years and also produces the famous Tio Pepe Fino Sherry.
Serve at 8 - 10℃; matches with ice cream, especially vanilla ice cream, dark chocolates and walnut tarts; also nice with blue cheeses served with dried fruit.
6+years in American oak using the Solera aging system.
Drink now or within 4 - 5 years.
